These are Rightbag.co.uk Terms and Conditions of sale to which all online purchases are subject. Please note for the purposes of these terms and conditions any reference to Rightbag.co.uk shall be construed as meaning Sarah Evans T/A Rightbag.co.uk ( registered office 25 Lymington Close, Basingstoke, Hants, RG22 4XL – VAT number 118338515).
By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please note, these terms and conditions could change at any time, and it is up to you to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you should not use or access these websites. General
Your contract for purchases made through Rightbag.co.uk is with Sarah Evans T/A Rightbag.co.uk and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale. You warrant that all details you provide to Rightbag.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, current, accurate and complete in all respects; and that the debit or credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered. You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.
Ordering
When placing an order, you agree that all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are in £ Sterling and include V.A.T. where appropriate. We are not able to offer V.A.T. exclusive pricing for deliveries to locations where V.A.T. is not payable. If Rightbag.co.uk does not have enough stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will not charge your credit or debit card until the items are back in stock and ready to be despatched.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Rightbag.co.uk until we accept your order by dispatching the items to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided through the checkout process. Please look through the details and contact us as soon as possible if any of the details are incorrect. All PayPal account holders and debit and credit card holders are subject to credit validation checks and authorisation by the card holder. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for late or non-delivery. If your order has not been accepted by us, you will receive an email to confirm the reasons why.
Delivery
Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. We try to put all items together from one order, however we reserve the right to send in one or more deliveries. Rightbag.co.uk does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by a third party, although we will inform you if we become aware of any unexpected delay. You must notify us if goods do not arrive within 10 days of us informing you of their dispatch. Risk in the items will pass onto you upon delivery. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail Second Class usually arrive within 5-7 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 28 days are officially classified as lost. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on this website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Proof of posting is always obtained and we will assist in you making a claim for lost items. It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address when ordering, your package may be returned to us by Royal Mail in which case we will let you know straight away. You will then be charged for resending the item(s). Should you enter the wrong address and your order doesn’t arrive either with yourself or with us, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense. Please reduce the risk of this happening by entering your full and complete postal address.
If you make a mistake and enter the wrong details, please contact Help@Rightbag.co.uk immediately. If an order is returned to us by Royal Mail as a result of either an incorrect address, a customer’s refusal to accept the delivery or failure to acknowledge cards left by Royal Mail, the customer will be responsible for the costs incurred to re-send the order. We will charge £5.99 to re-send the order via Recorded Delivery.
Liability
Rightbag.co.uk reserves the right to change information, specifications, prices and descriptions of listed items, products or services at any time and without prior notice. We will inform you as soon as possible if an error has occurred in the price of the items you have ordered. We have no obligation to fulfil an order that is advertised at an incorrect price. We try very hard to provide the most accurate images of the products we have for sale on Rightbag.co.uk, however due to different output devices and monitor colour contrast we cannot be held liable or responsible for any differences between the actual product and images. All items sold on Rightbag.co.uk are for private domestic consumer use only. We take internet security very seriously and take every measure to protect against internet fraud and make sure all our data is stored safely and securely, however we will not be responsible for the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our security server.
Accuracy
Information on this website has been solely prepared on details that were available at the time of publishing, third parties have supplied some relevant details whose accuracy we cannot guarantee. Whilst we strike to provide accurate information we cannot accept liability for errors or omissions and any inaccuracies howsoever arising. These Terms and Conditions and any internet sales or any contract or agreement arising there from shall be deemed (notwithstanding any rule of contract to the contrary) to have been made in England and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law and industry custom and practice, and any disputes in respect thereof shall be determined by English Courts.
