Will my details be passed on to a third party?
We will never pass on your details to a third party. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Any information that we have securely stored is just to help us deliver your items and contact you. We will never ask for personal details via email. If you receive an unsolicited email please contact us immediately at help@rightbag.co.uk
What are your credit Terms and Conditions?
All PayPal account holders, debit and credit card holders are subject to credit validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment card refuses to issue payment to us, we will not be liable for late or non-delivery.
We will retain legal ownership of the items until full payment has been made by you and received by Rightbag.co.uk. Legal ownership of the goods will automatically return to Rightbag.co.uk if we refund any such payment to you.

Is it safe to shop on Rightbag.co.uk?
Yes! At Rightbag.co.uk we take security very seriously. That’s why we have -
1. Online Transaction Protection – SSL Certificate. Our secure server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address. This data once collected is completely unattainable by any individual internally or externally.
2. Secure Servers. A secure server webpage is different to a normal webpage. You will know you are on a secure webpage because the padlock (on explorer at the bottom and on navigator on the top toolbar) will be highlighted and closed.
3. We use SSL (secure socket layer) level encryption. This is one of the most advanced encrypting technologies available today. Any information sent over the Net is encrypted into an unbreakable code before it is sent. This ensures that no third party can intercept and decipher your personal information. This is a much safer way than giving your card details over the phone. None of your card information will be stored and none of our staff will have access to your personal details either. Once the order has been submitted, your card details are deleted.
4. All orders are subject to additional security checks once they have been placed. Should your billing address or card holder details not match the details held by the card issuing bank please contact us to confirm the correct information.
Remember that if you do not have limited funds within your PayPal or bank account your transaction may be cancelled, or PayPal may instantly charge your bank account the cost of the transaction, which will take between 3-5 working days to clear.
