How to order

1. If you know what item you are looking for, you can type in the name or product code in the box “enter keyword/product code” then press the search button next to it. A list of all the matching items will come up on the screen. You can also shop by category, so you can choose bags, sleeves or cases. Simply click on what category you want and all the products from that category will be shown. You now have the option of narrowing down your search using the Refine guide on the left hand side, by clicking on brand, colour or size.
If you are unsure on the size of bag/sleeve that you need, click on the size finder on the product page, this will take you through three easy steps to measure your tech item and will show you all the bags and sleeves available in your size.

2. When you have found the item that you want to purchase, select the size and colour that you want (if this is an option). When you are ready to complete your order click on “add to basket”, you are then given the option to continue shopping or go to checkout. If you want to continue shopping click continue shop and you will be taken back to the product page and you can start searching for another product by following the steps above again. If you have finished shopping and want to buy your items simply click on my basket at the top right of the page. Please take a minute to check that your items in your basket are the correct colour, size and quantity. If you would like to remove an item, just click on remove on the shopping basket page, you can do this at any time.

3. Once you are happy with your order you can click on checkout. If you are a new customer you will have to register your details with us which we try to make as quick as possible. Your details will include your name, address, contact telephone number and email address. All these details are needed for delivery purposes. If you are a returning customer just sign in with your email address and password.
Once your account is created or you are a returning customer, just click on which delivery option you require then put in your payment details. You will have a chance to review all details before paying.

4. If you are happy that all the details are correct, click on confirm payment and sit back and relax as we pack and post your items to you!

Do I need to register before ordering?

If you are a new customer, we will ask you to register your details with us so we know who and where to post the items to. This information is stored securely and you would not need to enter the details again unless you wanted to change them.

Do I have to pay VAT on the items?
Prices shown on Rightbag.co.uk include VAT. We are required by law, to collect VAT on all relevant orders in the UK and EU. VAT is included at the standard rate of 20% and is always shown separately on your invoice.

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order that you have already placed, please contact us as soon as possible. As we process orders very quickly, your items may have already been dispatched. In this case, you will have to wait until you receive your items and then follow the returns policy. You will find details of our Returns Policy on our Help page.If you cancel an order before dispatch, we will refund your credit/debit card within 48 hours. If you return goods to us, we will refund your credit/debit card within 48 hours of Rightbag.co.uk receiving them, providing the items are in the same condition as when you received them.

How do I contact you?

We have a dedicated and knowledgeable team who are here to help you with any questions or queries you may have, we endeavourto reply to your email within 3 working hours (Monday to Friday between 9.00am-5.00pm). If we have not fully answered your query within two emails we will phone you at a time convenientfor you.

I don’t know what size to order.

We have tried to make this easy for you – you will find the size guide on every product page underneath the product image. If you click on size guide you can follow the instructions and fill in the measurements of your tech item. Once you have completed the steps a full list of bags, sleeves and cases that fit will come up.

I want an item that is sold out
Some items that we sell are very popular and sell out quickly. We try to re-stock sold out items within 7 days, however occasionally it will be longer due to supplier shortages.
