Available Delivery Options
We are strongly committed to ensuring that your orders are with you as soon as they physically can be. To ensure that this can happen all of Rightbag.co.uk shipments are dispatched by Royal Mail. Free Standard Delivery is Second Class post (orders over £100 will be second class with signature required) and Express is First Class post and Next Working Day Recorded Delivery is Next Working Day before 1pm. If you’re order is placed before 3.00pm (Monday – Friday) and the items are in stock then it will be dispatched on the same day, and should be with you within the allocated timescale below.
If your order has only just been dispatched and is yet to arrive, please wait patiently. If it has been dispatched and exceeded the estimated delivery time, contact us and we will try our best to find out where it is!
For UK delivery there are three options -
FREE Standard delivery (signature required if order is over £100) 5-7 working days
Express delivery £3.99 (signature required if order is over £100) 2-3 working days
We try to make our packaging as small and protective as possible to help it fit through your letterbox, however some items may be too large, in this instance you should receive a card in your letter box stating where your items are being held, for you to collect at your convenience. Please note, we can not track deliveries made by Standard or Express delivery.
Next Working Day (signature required) £6.99 – 1 – 2 days
For our Next Working Day service we use Royal Mail Next Day Delivery which is a more secure delivery option. It is particularly useful if you are having your order delivered to a work or communal address as it provides a tracking number for your parcel and a signed proof of delivery once your parcel has been delivered. If you have placed your order before 3pm and the item(s) are in stock, delivery will be the next working day.
Outside UK Delivery options -
Rest of Europe – European delivery £7.99 up to 7 working days
International Deliveries-US and Rest of World £15.99 – up to 10 working days
For orders shipped outside the UK, we use Royal Mail’s Airmail and if the total order is above £75 we use the International Signed For service.
When will my items arrive?
All orders placed after 3.00pm Monday to Friday or at the weekend will be despatched the following working day. For next day delivery your order needs to be placed before 3pm, orders placed after this time will be sent out the next working day.
We will send you two emails, one to confirm the order and the second, once the items have been despatched. This will give you an indication of delivery time scale depending on what delivery option you chose.
What happens if I am not in when the items are delivered?
If you are not in when your parcel is delivered and it is too large to fit through your letter box or a signature is required, you will receive a card with details of how to rearrange delivery or where to collect your parcel from.

Do you deliver to BFPO and PO BOX addresses?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to BFPO or P.O. BOX addresses
Can I pick up my items from your warehouse?
Unfortunately items cannot be collected from our warehouse
Do you deliver items to places of work?
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or place of employment. If you request delivery to your work address please make sure someone is there to collect your package as the postman will deliver to the address and not the person.
Am I responsible for customs charges?
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country and so Rightbag.co.uk has no way of knowing what particular customs and import charges may be in force at any time in any country.
